The Victory Lakes Band Rock-A-Thon is a fantastic, fun, and 100% profit fundraiser that will directly benefit our award-winning band program. All proceeds from this event will fund the booster club budget for the school year (buying music, band consultants, equipment, music stands, band trips, contest entries, and contest judges).

The Rock-A-Thon will be held on Friday, October 4^th from 6-10PM at Victory Lakes Intermediate. Students commit to “rocking” and doing various events for 4 hours (kinda like a walk-a-thon). It provides an excellent opportunity for the kids to bond and have fun after a successful start to the school year. It provides an excellent opportunity for the kids to bond and have fun after a successful start to the school year. Students will need to bring their own “rocking” (ex: rocking chair, gaming chair, bean bag, couch cushion, pillow, etc) to this event.  We will feed the students dinner, but they may choose to bring personal food items in addition to the snacks/drinks/food provided.

Students will get to duct tape band directors to the wall if they reach their $8,000 goal! The top fundraiser will receive a $100 Visa Gift Card. The second and third place fundraisers get to Ice Bucket the band director of their choice.
