Description and purpose of grant:  

I am asking for funds to purchase dynamic hands-on materials to increase learner engagement. The materials I have selected are research-based and support academic as well as social/emotional needs. During classroom rotations, students can work independently or with peers to learn through play and achieve academic progress. These resources will correlate with campus goals to increase literacy and STEAM implementation.

Implementation process: 

This project will be implemented by adding resources to daily classroom rotations so that every student will have a chance to experience the hands-on, game-based learning objectives in literacy, math, science, fine arts, and communication. My current classroom has 8 students in grades 1, 3, 4, and 5. This grant will support Structured Learning students at Cottonwood Creek for many years to come.
